Consul General was delighted to join the community members in celebrating the 10th Scottish Ganesh Festival at Edinburgh College. Over the last ten years the festival has showcased devotion, music, dance & the colourful procession to Granton Beach. Congratulations to @SAMRAT_Scotland on this milestone – a decade of showcasing India’s rich traditions in Scotland. Special thanks to Bailie Ms Amy McNeese-Mechan, Councillor Edinburgh City Council and Members of Scottish Parliament @agcolehamilton, @Sandeshgulhane & @FoysolChoudhury for gracing the occasion.

On April 15, 2025, the Vitthal Mauli Vari commenced from Pandharpur, India

The divine pāduka will be coming to Scotland during the Scottish Ganesh Festival. THe Paduka will be welcomed with a Dindi on 27th Aug and then all will be able to take Darshan
