Dear @HDFCBank_Cares,
I have sent multiple emails, complaints, tweets, and reminders, yet not a single meaningful response has been received.
My тВ╣742.29 was deducted from my account and has still not been refunded. A customer should not have to chase a bank for their own money.
No reply. No accountability. No resolution.
If one customer's complaint can be ignored for so long, how many others are facing the same issue?
I request @RBI and the Integrated Ombudsman to intervene and ensure my refund is processed immediately.

Dear @HDFC_Bank, removing the hold amount of тВ╣1,617.71 only corrected my account balance from negative to тВ╣0. It did NOT refund the тВ╣742.29 that was actually debited from my account as non-maintenance charges. Why is my deducted money still not returned?
