ఉత్తరాంధ్ర కీర్తికిరీటంలో మరో కలికితురాయిగా నిలవనున్న భోగాపురం అల్లూరి సీతారామరాజు అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్రయం ప్రారంభానికి సిద్ధం కావడం ఎంతో సంతోషకరం. ఉత్తరాంధ్ర అభివృద్ధిలో ఈ ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తుందనడంలో ఎలాంటి సందేహం లేదు.

ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ @narendramodi గారి చేతుల మీదుగా విమానాశ్రయం ప్రారంభం కావడం భోగాపురానికి అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయిలో ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపును తీసుకువస్తుంది. తద్వారా దేశవిదేశాల్లో ఈ విమానాశ్రయం గురించి విస్తృతంగా తెలియడంతో వ్యాపార, వాణిజ్య, పర్యాటక రంగాలు మరింత ఊపందుకునే అవకాశం ఏర్పడుతుంది.

అయితే ఇదే సమయంలో భోగాపురం విమానాశ్రయం క్రెడిట్‌ను చోరీ చేసేందుకు చంద్రబాబుగారు శాయశక్తులా ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు. తాను ఏమీ చేయకపోయినా కీర్తి తనకే దక్కాలంటూ ‌క్రెడిట్‌ చోరీకి పాల్పడుతున్నారు.

@ncbn గారూ… భోగాపురం విమానాశ్రయం కోసం మీరు నిజంగా ఏం చేశారో కనీసం మీ మనస్సాక్షినైనా ప్రశ్నించుకోండి. 2019 ఎన్నికలకు నెల రోజుల ముందు హడావిడిగా, ఏమీ చేయకపోయినా, ఒక రాయి వేయడం తప్ప, భోగాపురం విమానాశ్రయం కోసం మీరు చేసింది ఏముంది?
జూన్‌ 2020లో నిర్మాణం కోసం జీఎంఆర్‌ సంస్థతో కన్సెషన్‌ అగ్రిమెంట్‌ కుదుర్చుకోవడం నుంచి, ల్యాండ్‌ అక్విజషన్‌, ఆర్‌ అండ్‌ ఆర్‌, సైట్‌ క్లియరెన్స్‌, ఎన్‌ఓసీలు, భద్రతా అనుమతులు, నీరు, విద్యుత్‌, ఇంటర్నల్ రోడ్లు, ఏరోనాటికల్‌ సర్వీసులు, ఆర్థిక సమీకరణ వరకు ప్రతి కీలకమైన ప్రక్రియ పూర్తయింది మా ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలోనే. కాదంటారా చంద్రబాబుగారూ?

అన్నింటికంటే ముఖ్యంగా మీరు పూర్తి చేయలేకపోయిన భూసేకరణను మేం పూర్తి చేశాం. నిర్వాసితులైన 4 గ్రామాల ప్రజలకు పునరావాసం కల్పించాం. భూసేకరణ, ఆర్‌ అండ్‌ ఆర్‌ కోసం రూ.967 కోట్లు, ఎయిర్‌పోర్టుకు నీళ్లు తీసుకురావడంకోసం రూ.75కోట్లు, ఇన్‌ఫ్రాస్ట్రక్చర్‌కోసం రూ. 134.5 కోట్లు, ప్రత్యామ్నాయ రోడ్లకోసం రూ.7.29 కోట్లు, సబ్‌స్టేషన్‌ కోసం రూ.2.35 కోట్లు మొత్తంగా రూ.1200 కోట్లు పెట్టింది మేం. మరి మీరు చేసింది ఏమిటి చంద్రబాబుగారూ?

ఇవన్నీ పూర్తి చేశాం కాబట్టే, అన్ని అనుమతులు, అన్ని NOCలు, అన్ని సౌకర్యాలు పూర్తిచేశాం కాబట్టే, కోవిడ్‌ వంటి మహాసంక్షోభాన్ని ఎదుర్కొంటూనే, పనులు ప్రారంభించి, 2024 ఎన్నికల నాటికే, విమానాశ్రయ రన్‌వే పనులను కీలక దశకు తీసుకురాగలిగాం. టెర్మినల్‌ నిర్మాణ పనులను కూడా వేగంగా ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లాం.

మా ప్రభుత్వం చేసిన విశేష కృషి నేపథ్యంలోనే 2026 జూన్‌లోనే భోగాపురం నుంచి విమాన రాకపోకలు ప్రారంభమవుతాయని అప్పుడే ప్రకటించాం. మేం చేపట్టిన పనుల ఫలితంగానే విమానాశ్రయం ఇవాళ ప్రారంభోత్సవానికి సిద్ధమైందని గర్వంగా చెప్పుకోగలం.

కానీ చంద్రబాబుగారూ… మీరు అప్పడూ ఏమీ చేయలేదు, ఇప్పుడు కూడా ఏమీ చేయడంలేదు. విశాఖపట్నం నగరం నుంచి విమానాశ్రయానికి వేగంగా చేరుకునేందుకు ఇప్పటికీ సరైన రోడ్డు సదుపాయం లేదు. ‘‘ఎయిర్‌పోర్టు ఉంది… కానీ సిటీ నుంచి వేగంగా, తక్కువ సమయంలో చేరుకునేందుకు రోడ్డు లేదు. భోగాపురం విమానాశ్రయానికి శంకుస్థాపన చేసిన సమయంలో విశాఖపట్నం నగరం నుంచి విమానాశ్రయానికి వేగంగా చేరుకునేలా 77 మీటర్ల వెడల్పుతో, రూ. 6,300 కోట్ల ఖర్చుతో 55 కి.మీ. మేర ఆరులేన్ల హైవేకోసం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంపై గట్టిగా ఒత్తిడితీసుకురావడంతో, కేంద్ర మంత్రిగా ఉన్న గడ్కరీ గారు స్వయంగా ఆ రహదారిని మంజూరు చేస్తున్నట్లు అక్కడే ప్రకటించారు. ఆయన ఇప్పుడు కూడా అదే శాఖకు మంత్రిగా ఉన్నారు. మరి చంద్రబాబుగారూ మీరు కేంద్రంలో అధికారంలో ఉన్నారు, ఇక్కడ కూడా అధికారంలో ఉన్నారు. రెండేళ్లు గడుస్తున్నా ఆ రహదారికి అతీగతీ లేదు. ఇప్పడు భోగాపురం విమానాశ్రయానికి చేరుకోవాలంటే ప్రయాణికులు నరకయాతన పడాల్సిన పరిస్థితి నెలకొంది. ఇదీ మీ చిత్తశుద్ధి, గతంలో అయినా అంతే, ఇప్పుడైనా అంతే.

పని చేయకుండా ప్రచారం చేసుకోవడం, కష్టపడకుండా కీర్తిని కొట్టేయడం, ఇతరుల కృషిని మీ ఖాతాలో వేసుకోవడం ఇకనైనా మానండి, దాదాపు 80 ఏళ్లు వస్తున్నాయి.

It is a matter of great happiness that the Bhogapuram Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport, which is set to become another jewel in the crown of North Andhra, is ready for inauguration. There is no doubt that this airport will play a crucial role in the development of North Andhra.

The inauguration of the airport by the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji will bring international recognition to Bhogapuram. As a result, the airport will gain wider visibility across India and abroad, creating greater opportunities for business, commerce, and tourism.

However, at the very same time, @ncbn is making every possible attempt to steal the credit for the Bhogapuram Airport. Despite having made no contribution, he wants all the recognition for himself and is indulging in nothing short of credit theft.

Mr. Chandrababu, at least ask your own conscience what you have actually done for the Bhogapuram Airport. Apart from hurriedly laying a foundation stone just a month before the 2019 elections, despite having done nothing, what exactly did you contribute to this project?

From signing the concession agreement with GMR in June 2020 for the construction of the airport, to land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement (R&R), site clearance, obtaining NOCs, security clearances, water supply, power supply, internal roads, aeronautical services, and financial closure, every critical process was completed during our government's tenure. Can you deny that, Mr. Chandrababu?

Most importantly, we completed the land acquisition that you failed to complete. We provided rehabilitation to the displaced people from four villages. Our government spent Rs 967 crore on land acquisition and R&R, Rs 75 crore for bringing water to the airport, Rs 134.5 crore for infrastructure, Rs 7.29 crore for alternative roads, and Rs 2.35 crore for the substation, making a total investment of Rs 1,200 crore. So, what exactly did you do, Mr. Chandrababu?

It is because we completed all these works, secured every approval, obtained every NOC, and provided all the required infrastructure that, despite facing the unprecedented COVID pandemic, we were able to commence construction and take the runway works to a crucial stage by the time of the 2024 elections. The terminal construction was also progressing rapidly.

It was in recognition of our government's extensive efforts that we had announced that flight operations from Bhogapuram would commence by June 2026. We can proudly say that the airport is ready for inauguration today only because of the work carried out by our government.

But, Mr. Chandrababu, you did nothing then, and you are doing nothing now. Even today, there is no proper road connectivity for passengers to reach the airport quickly from Visakhapatnam city. The airport may be ready, but there is still no road that enables people to reach it from the city in a short time. At the time of the foundation stone laying for the Bhogapuram Airport, we strongly persuaded the Central Government to sanction a 55-km, six-lane highway, 77 metres wide, at a cost of Rs 6,300 crore, to provide fast connectivity from Visakhapatnam city to the airport. Union Minister @nitin_gadkari Ji himself announced the sanction of this road at the event, and he continues to hold the same portfolio even today. Mr. Chandrababu, your party is in power at the Centre, and you are also in power in the State. Yet, even after two years, there has been no progress on this road. Today, passengers travelling to Bhogapuram Airport are forced to undergo immense hardship. That reflects your sincerity, it was the same then, and it remains the same now.

Please stop claiming credit without doing the work, seeking recognition without putting in the effort, and appropriating the hard work of others. At nearly 80 years of age, it is time you gave up this habit.

టీచర్‌ ఉద్యోగం కోసం రాత్రింబవళ్లు శ్రమించిన నిరుద్యోగ యువతకు న్యాయం చేయాల్సిన చంద్రబాబుగారి ప్రభుత్వం… డీఎస్సీలో లీకులు, అక్రమాలతో వారి భవిష్యత్తును కాలరాసింది. సాక్ష్యాలు, ఆధారాలు క‌ళ్ల ఎదుటే క‌నిపిస్తా ఉన్నా సీఎం చంద్రబాబు కానీ, విద్యాశాఖమంత్రి లోకేష్ కానీ ఇప్పటివరకూ వాటిమీద నోరుమెదపలేదు. డైవర్షన్లతో కప్పిపెట్టాలని చూస్తున్నారు.

We now ask the same question in Andhra Pradesh. Will Education Minister Nara Lokesh of the NDA Government in Andhra Pradesh accept moral responsibility for the serious irregularities surrounding the DSC examination process (which involved around 3.5 lakh aspirants) and resign from his post? Or will Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu of the NDA Government shield his son instead of upholding the very standards of accountability that the NDA claims to believe in?

ఈ మేరకు గురువారం ఢిల్లీలో మంత్రిని కలిసి పూర్తి వివరాలను అందజేశారు. ఏఎస్ఐ రక్షిత దనదిబ్బలు బౌద్ధ పురావస్తు ప్రాంతం, శ్రీ ధర్మలింగేశ్వర స్వామి ఆలయం పరిసరాల్లో కొనసాగుతున్న మైనింగ్ కార్యకలాపాలను తక్షణమే నిలిపివేసి, మొత్తం పంచదార్ల కొండ ప్రాంతాన్ని మైనింగ్ రహిత వారసత్వ క్షేత్రంగా ప్రకటించాలని విన్నవించారు. దనదిబ్బలు బౌద్ధ పురావస్తు స్థలం శాతవాహన కాలానికి చెందిన అత్యంత ప్రాచీన వారసత్వ కట్టడం అని, ఇది భారత పురావస్తు సర్వేక్షణ సంస్థ (ఏఎస్ఐ) రక్షిత ప్రాంతంగా గుర్తింపు పొందిందని ఎంపీ పేర్కొన్నారు. అలాగే పంచదార్లలోని శ్రీ ధర్మలింగేశ్వర స్వామి ఆలయం తూర్పు చాళుక్యుల కాలానికి చెందిన చారిత్రక ప్రాముఖ్యత కలిగిన ఆలయమని తెలిపారు. ఈ రెండు వారసత్వ కట్టడాల సమీపంలో మైనింగ్, బ్లాస్టింగ్ కార్యకలాపాలు కొనసాగడం వల్ల పురావస్తు సంపదకు, సహజ వాతావరణానికి, శాశ్వత జలధారలకు తీవ్ర ముప్పు ఏర్పడుతోందని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఏఎస్ఐ రక్షిత దనదిబ్బలు బౌద్ధ క్షేత్రానికి సుమారు 90 మీటర్లు, 190 మీటర్లు, 200 మీటర్ల దూరంలో మైనింగ్ జరుగుతోందని ఉపగ్రహ చిత్రాలు, క్షేత్రస్థాయి పరిశీలనలు సూచిస్తున్నాయని లేఖలో పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈ పరిస్థితి పురావస్తు సంరక్షణ చట్టాల ఉల్లంఘన అయ్యే అవకాశముందని తెలిపారు.

ఈ నేపథ్యంలో పురావస్తు శాఖతో తక్షణ క్షేత్రస్థాయి పరిశీలన నిర్వహించాలని, మైనింగ్ ప్రభావంపై శాస్త్రీయ అధ్యయనం చేపట్టాలని, నిపుణులతో కూడిన సంయుక్త కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని, విచారణ పూర్తయ్యే వరకు మైనింగ్, బ్లాస్టింగ్ కార్యకలాపాలను నిలిపివేయాలని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఎంపీ గురుమూర్తి కోరారు. అలాగే పంచదార్ల మొత్తం వారసత్వ ప్రాంతాన్ని మైనింగ్ ఫ్రీ హెరిటేజ్ జోన్ గా ప్రకటించి భావితరాల కోసం ఈ అమూల్యమైన సాంస్కృతిక సంపదను పరిరక్షించాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.

𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲'𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲?

Port led development provides enormous potential for economic development of the successor State of Andhra Pradesh. With this consciousness, the YSRCP Government ensured commendable progress with respect to development of three ports at Ramayapatnam, Machilipatnam and Mulapeta. The YSRCP Government ensured completion of all the crucial tasks such as land procurement, statutory approvals including financial closure, with respect to all three ports. The YSRCP Government also executed the EPC contracts for completion of the projects and also ensured significant physical progress with respect to the three ports before June, 2024.

Some of the examples of economic development that are completely attributable to the Ramayapatnam port demonstrating significant progress are the BPCL’s upcoming greenfield refinery and petrochemical complex and Indosol Solar’s Giga Scale manufacturing plant. The BPCL plant is in close proximity to the port with a refining capacity of 9-12 MMTPA and an estimated investment of over Rs. 1 lakh crore, capitalizing on the port’s deep water capabilities to import crude oil. The Indosol facility is designed as a fully integrated "quartz-to-module" ecosystem and for the project, proximity to the deep-water Ramayapatnam Port is crucial for importing raw materials and exporting the final finished solar modules efficiently. Further JSW Steel is developing two berths in Ramayapatnam port, and the primary purpose of which is handling bulk raw materials such as iron ore and coking coal, needed for the integrated steel plant that JSW Steel is constructing in the YSR Kadapa district. All these projects contribute immensely in generating employment to thousands of individuals and also in increasing State's own revenues.

While there so many economic advantages associated possible from the development of Ramayapatnam port, both in terms of securing investments to the State and also contributing significantly to the Tax and Non-tax revenues of the State Government, all that the TDP Government can think of is, the means to turn the Ramayapatnam port into a scam to generate cash flows for the bigwigs of the TDP. The TDP Government is offering a port on which, the Government is spending Rs. 4,929 crores against an upfront payment of only Rs. 1,500 crores by private parties, causing significant loss to the State exchequer, with the State Government having to endure the debt servicing burden to the tune of over Rs. 3,500 crores!

అమరావతి రాజధాని పేరుతో ఉండవల్లిలో రైతులపై చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం సాగించిన రాక్షసకాండను తీవ్రంగా ఖండిస్తున్నాను. తమ కుటుంబాలకు జీవనాధారమైన కొద్దిపాటి భూములను ఇచ్చేది లేదని రైతులు స్పష్టంగా చెబుతున్నా, వారి అభిప్రాయాలను, అభ్యంతరాలను కనీసం వినకుండా పోలీసులను మోహరించి, బుల్డోజర్లతో పొలాల్లోకి దూసుకెళ్లి, సాగులో ఉన్న పంటలను ధ్వంసం చేయడం అత్యంత దుర్మార్గం. రైతులను వారి పొలాలనుంచి బలవంతంగా ఈడ్చిపారేసి, భయభ్రాంతులకు గురిచేసి భూములను స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవడం దారుణం.

బాధితుల్లో అత్యధికులు సన్న, చిన్నకారు రైతులే. వారి కుటుంబాలకు ఆ కొద్దిపాటి భూమే ఆధారం. ఆ భూమితోనే పిల్లలను చదివించుకుంటున్నారు. ఆ భూమిలో పండే పంటతోనే కుటుంబాలను పోషించుకుంటున్నారు. అలాంటి రైతులు “మా భూమి తీసుకుంటే మేం ఎలా బతకాలి?” అని అడుగుతుంటే సమాధానం చెప్పకుండా పోలీసు బలంతో వారి గొంతులను నొక్కడం చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వ నిరంకుశత్వానికి పరాకాష్ట. వారు పెట్టిన పెట్టుబడి ఏమవుతుంది? ధ్వంసం చేసిన పంటలకు ఎవరు పరిహారం చెల్లిస్తారు? రైతుల జీవనాధారాన్ని నాశనం చేసే అధికారం ఈ ప్రభుత్వానికి ఎవరిచ్చారు?

రాజధాని పేరుతో గతంలోనే వేల ఎకరాలు తీసుకున్నారు. మొదట భూములు ఇచ్చిన రైతులకే దిక్కులేకుండా చేసిన ఈ ప్రభుత్వం, ఇప్పుడు మళ్లీ కొత్తగా భూముల కోసం ఎందుకు రైతులను వెంటాడుతోంది? రైతులపై పోలీసులను ప్రయోగించడం ఏమిటి? రైతుల అంగీకారం లేకుండా వారి భూములపై ప్లాన్లు గీయడం, కాగితాల మీద అవార్డులు ప్రకటించుకున్నామని చెప్పడం, ఆ వివరాలను కూడా రైతులకు తెలియజేయకుండా ఏకపక్షంగా స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవడం న్యాయమేనా?

ఈ భూములు మారుమూల ప్రాంతాల్లో లేవు. విజయవాడకు కూతవేటు దూరంలో, చెన్నై–కోల్‌కత జాతీయ రహదారికి అత్యంత సమీపంలో, తాడేపల్లి నగర ప్రాంతాన్ని ఆనుకుని ఉన్న అత్యంత విలువైన భూములు. మార్కెట్లో భారీ ధరలు పలికే భూములకు అరకొర విలువలను మీరే నిర్ణయించుకుని, రైతుల సమ్మతి లేకుండా వాటిని లాక్కోవడం వెనుక ఎవరి ప్రయోజనాలు ఉన్నాయి? రైతుల భూములను తీసుకుని భవిష్యత్తులో ఎవరికి కట్టబెట్టాలనుకుంటున్నారు? అసలు లబ్ధిదారులు రైతులా? లేక చంద్రబాబుగారి అస్మదీయులా?

రైతుల భూములను బలవంతంగా లాక్కుని, వారిని రోడ్డుమీద పడేసి, వారి జీవితాలను దెబ్బతీస్తామంటే సహించేది లేదు. . రైతు స్వచ్ఛందంగా భూమి ఇస్తే తీసుకోండి. కానీ పోలీసులను పెట్టి, పంటలను ధ్వంసం చేసి, రైతులను ఈడ్చిపారేసి లాక్కుంటామంటే అది ముమ్మాటికీ తప్పే అవుతుంది.

ఈ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని మరోసారి హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాం. @ncbn గారు రాజధాని రైతుల భూముల్లో జరుగుతున్న బలవంతపు చర్యలను వెంటనే నిలిపివేయాలి. ధ్వంసం చేసిన పంటలకు పూర్తి పరిహారం చెల్లించాలి. రైతుల అంగీకారం లేకుండా ఒక్క సెంటు భూమిని కూడా స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవడం సరికాదు. రైతుల హక్కులను కాపాడే పోరాటంలో వైయస్సార్‌ కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ వారికి అండగా నిలుస్తుంది.

Heartiest congratulations to Shri @sajjanjindal Garu and the entire @jswsteel team on the restart of the steel plant project in Kadapa. This is a significant milestone for the industrial development of Rayalaseema and a moment of hope for the youth and families aspiring for employment and economic growth.

It is important to remember that such landmark projects are built on years of committed groundwork. During our government, we finalized JSW as the project developer and laid the critical foundations necessary for the project to take shape. Environmental clearances were facilitated, water allocation was secured, land was allocated, road connectivity and the required land for supporting infrastructure were provided, and all key approvals were pursued to enable the project to move forward. With these foundations in place, work on the project progressed at a brisk pace during our tenure.

Unfortunately, over the past two years, the project came to a grinding halt, resulting in further delays to this long-awaited investment. It is therefore encouraging to see work finally restarting. The people of Kadapa have waited long enough, and they deserve to see this important project completed without any further delay. As my home district, Kadapa holds a special place in my heart, and I have always believed its youth deserve greater opportunities through industrial growth and sustainable employment.

Development is a continuous process that transcends political boundaries. Every government has a responsibility to build on the work already done and take projects to completion in the larger interest of the people.

I sincerely wish JSW every success in expediting the project and ensuring that the people of Kadapa and the entire Rayalaseema region reap the benefits through employment, industrial growth, and inclusive development.
