On language: use of terms such as
"Gender-blind"
"Crippled democracy" are offensive. Why? Even if they dont refer to a person, the words "blind" or "crippled" implies certain limitations or impairments. They perpetuate stigma, e.g. blind = unaware, not mindful, insensitive.
