@wmata It was not made clear you need a parking permit for the empty landmark mall. I tried grabbing a bus from Van Dorn yesterday which was a horrible experience. Only now there are no parking passes for Landmark. Who can help me with this?

@AlexandriaVAGov who can I talk to about the bad experiences I have had with metro? After a terrible day yesterday I took the Landmark bus today which was great but now I need a parking permit and all were given out yesterday? What am I suppose to do? Its insane Its an empty mall

@sluglines @JWPascale Thanks for the tip. I had been nervous about this cause I wasnt sure about the parking around landmark but I will give it a try tomorrow.

@JWPascale 3- At Van Dorn the bus was there waiting. But it took all surface streets from van dorn to the airport which took forever. Biggest issue though was once there all trains were delayed. Many metro staff also seemed unsure of where to direct folks.
