Now I’m receiving fragmented refund messages totaling only ₹41,889 (₹3,491 + ₹6,872 + ₹21,296 + ₹10,230).

Where is the remaining ₹43,622? Why was ₹85,511 promised if you had no intention to refund it?

Stop misleading customers and provide a clear refund breakdown immediately.

So who is not telling the truth here — Ministry or MakeMyTrip?

You first said 24 hours, then 48 hours, then 3–5 days, and now 25–30 working days. Why are customers being misled with changing timelines?

100+ tweets later and still the SAME copy-paste replies from @makemytripcare — first “wait 24 hours”, then “48 hours”, then “3–5 working days”, then again “a few more days” — but STILL no actual resolution. Proof attached.

Every time I follow up, only the timeline changes, not the result. How many more days, weeks, or months should a customer keep waiting?
