@Urban_Design_UK @ChrisPearce32 @michaelgove It’s an “objective fact” based only on how progress is measured. And that is subjective. I do not doubt that they have done well. I doubt that they have made more “progress”. How has development of a moral compass, compassion, an ethical approach to life been taken into account?
