Absolutely shocked by the service from @Halifax lately. After the data breach in March, money mysteriously disappeared from my account and the handling of it has been appalling. Poor customer service, no confidence, no proper resolution and endless frustration. #poorservice

So this fella is a Project Manager at your reputable company @WatesGroup. What has been posted by this absolute disgrace of a human being is disgusting, upsetting and horrendous 😢

He should have no further employment with your company. He also carried on later making death threats and I would expect you to act upon this disgraceful behaviour which has angered and upset many many people. His actions need to be accountable.

I also ask @swfc to banish this man from attending matches as quite frankly he shouldn't be anywhere near a football ground.
