@UberIN_Support I have received incomplete reply. And there is no option to revert as well if I have paid 820 against 590 who is gone pay me the difference. 2ndly there is no refund details as mentioned in the reply how incomplete reply is that??

@Fraud I have booked cab for my mom from Borivli to Kalyan on 27th October 2024. Uber charged me and I have paid through app online, however driver have charged another amount from my mom, I have raised query however no one is responding.....

@UberIN_Support Apart from that there are 3 to 4 instances where uber cab driver accepts a particular drop request and later on cancel it. However if we do it uber charge us amount against cancellations.
Seems uber need some more money....
