They know that the cost/benefit of an incredibly frustrating customer-service experience means it’s not worth it for people to jump through hoops and argue trying to get a refund or credit. They make it intentionally difficult so that we just give up and keep ordering. Shameful.

@Postmates @Postmates_Help Should be ashamed of themselves. Wrong 1/2 the time & they refuse to ever take responsibility. Meal came literally w sauce spilled on EVERYTHING & by the time I realised I needed photo evidence, I only got 1 photo bc I’d cleaned up the rest.

They essentially have a monopoly on food delivery service and know that customers need this service and will keep coming back bc there’s no other choice. @Postmates and @Uber (owned by the same company) take advantage of their customers need for this service.
