A business isn’t truly strong if everything important still depends on one person.
You can have customers, revenue, great software, a growing team.
But if the founder is the only one who knows how the critical accounts, systems, relationships and decisions fit together…
That’s not just leadership.
That’s a bottleneck.
I think one of the hardest transitions for any founder is going from:
“I need to be involved in everything.”
to:
“The business needs to be able to move even when I’m not there.”
Growth gets most of the attention.
But building something that can actually continue without you?
That might be one of the real signs you’ve built a business, not just a job for yourself.
So, genuine question:
You have a job you built yourself or a business working for you?
Your business may be secure. But is it prepared?
CAPSULENE helps the right people know what to do next without giving up control today.
Not storage. A continuity layer.

https://t.co/TuKF7aDX30 , a digital continuity layer for founders, crypto holders, and anyone whose important digital life depends on them being available.
You keep your tools, assets, and files where they already are. CAPSULENE helps you prepare what happens next, from critical instructions and access guidance to messages you can write now and schedule for the right person at the right time.
@danmartell 100%. AI can clear the task list, but someone still has to decide what actually matters and where everything is going. That feels like the real founder skill now.
@MicroLaunchHQ Working on https://t.co/ul8XJjXWIu this weekend — helping founders make sure the important parts of the business don’t live only in their head 😅
@MartinGTobias Honestly curious, what do you think will kill most of them first? Bad unit economics, too much capital hiding weak fundamentals, or simply companies that never learned how to operate efficiently? 👀
Interesting to see how far crypto education has come. One area I’d love to see discussed more is continuity. We spend so much time teaching people how to secure digital assets, but far less on what happens if the person holding all that knowledge is suddenly unavailable. Security is one problem. Making sure the right people know what to do next is another.
Not really 🙂 You keep your files, accounts and data exactly where they already are. https://t.co/MYDnfmPivV isn’t trying to replace your cloud storage or password manager.
It’s the layer that answers: if I’m not available, who needs to know what, when, and what should they do next?
Basically, storage keeps the information. Capsulene helps make sure the right guidance reaches the right person when it’s needed.
@ycombinator@garrytan You weren’t meant to have a boss” sounds great until you realize you’ve replaced one boss with customers, cash flow, deadlines and your own expectations 😂 Still wouldn’t trade it though.
@roelofbotha Feels like the real race now is less about benchmark wins and more about which model actually changes how people work day to day. Curious what’s impressed you most so far?
@robbiepetersen_@cdixon@a16zcrypto Congrats! 🤩 interesting thesis too. I’m curious which category you think is still the most underestimated in crypto right now?
@Tristanrhee3 I think it’s usually a sign that the founder hasn’t learned how to let go yet 😅 There’s a difference between caring deeply about the details and needing to control every move your team makes. Still, it kills creativity! I agree with that! I learned the hard way 🙈😂
