I have seen few ceo/ owner of small level IT startups behaving arrogantly. But this is not expected out of a big level company like larsen toubro. Seems someone has lost it . This happens because of running after money all the life. Such a shitshow.

@AG_knocks @mani1pbi1 Lets make it mandatory for every employee taking home less than 30k/month as an hourly rate employee, pay them for the overtime after 50 hours.
Then let's see how many of these rich rascals want these many hours.
