@UC_Assist I have been facing problems with my native m1 machine since a week, but the support has offered no help whatsoever so far... Very poor after sales support from UC. I wish I'd known this before purchasing their RO. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone...

@UC_Assist no direct customer care support number, using in-app help option directs you to a useless AI bot which you have to wrestle with for 10-15 minutes and waste time. When the it connects you to a agent, they take 15-20 minutes just to respond... Poor service
