Booked a Tata Nexon Pure+ 1.5 Pristine White for my brother Mithun S. Hegde (8296304396) at Cauvery Motors, Kundapura and paid ₹70,000 advance.

Dealer kept saying the car was “in transit”, but on 17 Nov 2025 we learned it has NOT even reached.
TMLD portal confirms NOT delivered

Yesterday they said the car “marched out via Shivam Transport” & portal would update by EOD.
Today: tracking shows NO RECORDS.

No confirmation, no transparency, no call from anyone.
Unacceptable for a customer’s first car.
