@ATH_airport Aegean says all the lost baggage info & updates sit with you. As a customer, we have no access to contact you directly, and yet you also haven’t answered any of the msgs Aegean has sent on our behalf. Please locate our bags & send them home!

@AirCanada Hi Molly - we filed the claim with Swissport and yes, our connecting flight was with Aegean. However, all plane tickets and baggage tags were all with Air Canada (from YYZ to JMK. We filed our claim when we arrived at our destination w/out bags - @AirCanada

Bags missing for 5 days now. 3 checked bags for weeks of travel with young children, wedding, work etc. World tracer number, long calls on hold but no updates or info. How is this the accepted norm?! Infuriating. Please DM me asap.

@aegeanairlines Day 7 with no info nor bags. You said after 5 days our case would move to the central baggage team and we would be contacted yet this has not happened. Losing patience and hope. Do something. Find our luggage. Unbelievably bad service. Reply to the DM. @aegeanairlines @AirCanada
