A home builder in South Florida was previously supplied wood by a company in Miami that had a termite issue that wasn’t found until a few years later. 50% of the community it built started having termite issues. The number of tents in the community was wild. Orkin made a killing.

@CoFoundersNik We did a vacuum system in areas around our house in the baseboards (like under kitchen cabinets). You kick it open, vacuum suction turns on, sweep whatever into it, kick it closed. I loved it cause i always walked barefoot and hated little dirts on my feet
