@BB_Updates What a disgrace. Done with this show

@0ldgravy @matveevp I have a Sixes of Narcissus. Wonder how it will end up doing, I have not followed the space in several years

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@0ldgravy @matveevp Which piece do you have?

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@TCUisbetter @Crix_TV @SSN_Alabama @USATODAY Alabama was a double digit favorite on a neutral field against TCU. Not even up for debate on who the better team was. TCU had no business being in the playoff that’s why they lost by 70 points and made a complete fool of everyone defending the committee choosing them over Bama

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@Crix_TV @SSN_Alabama @USATODAY Went down to the absolute wire and was in control of the game late. Michigan had to convert a do-or-die drive to avoid losing

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@MattyWaise @category5_USVI @ESSmithPA @KirkHerbstreit @jordantrav13 They weren’t a top 4 team. Not even close

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@MattyWaise @category5_USVI @ESSmithPA @KirkHerbstreit @jordantrav13 They were very close to losing to Louisville. You clearly didn’t watch the game. They looked terrible

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@MattyWaise @category5_USVI @ESSmithPA @KirkHerbstreit @jordantrav13 Florida State was a top 3 team in the country in week 1. By the conclusion of the season they were not even a top 8 team and came very close to losing to Louisville. The committee could not have gotten it more right

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@MattyWaise @category5_USVI @ESSmithPA @KirkHerbstreit @jordantrav13 Yes, the one where Alabama was 1 play away from sealing the win and where Michigan had to score a TD on a do-or-die drive at the very end of the game to come back and send it to OT?

@TTaunter @mrbudolmstead @THEREALMATYI @SpurrFM The ACC is a garbage conference. Better luck next year

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@TTaunter @mrbudolmstead @THEREALMATYI @SpurrFM See Florida States strength of schedule. The ACC is a joke

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@mrbudolmstead @THEREALMATYI @SpurrFM That’s why it’s important to schedule tough opponents. If strength of schedule wasn’t a prime factor in the committees decision making, everyone could just schedule the weakest opponents every year

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@RaulersonNoah @THEREALMATYI @SpurrFM Just because it has never happened before doesn’t mean it’s impossible. There are 5 conferences and only 4 spots. Someone has to be left out

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@mrbudolmstead @THEREALMATYI @SpurrFM Their resume just wasn’t deserving of a top 4 spot. Weak schedule

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@RaulersonNoah @THEREALMATYI @SpurrFM Context matters. The ACC is a terrible conference

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@RaulersonNoah @THEREALMATYI @SpurrFM Dude … if you can’t clearly see that Alabama with a 12-1 SEC record and a win over Georgia is more impressive than a 13-0 ACC garbage conference record with terrible performances down the stretch, I don’t know what to tell you. You’re misinformed on how the committee works

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@RaulersonNoah @THEREALMATYI @SpurrFM Yes, and that is also the opinion of the Playoff Committee. And that’s why y’all are our and Alabama is in. Better luck next year

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@RaulersonNoah @THEREALMATYI @SpurrFM Alabama’s 12-1 SEC record with a final game win against Georgia is far more impressive than FSU’s 13-0 ACC record with a final game embarrassment of a performance. FSU was clearly a terrible football team - not event a debate. Obvious choice for the committee to leave them out

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@THEREALMATYI @SpurrFM False. Beat Louisville 42-7 and they’re in. They performed terribly in the final games of the season because they’re not a good team

[SMB FiveStar @SMB_FiveStar]

@ramiroceee @MattBarrie Maybe because they would be a double digit favorite against all these other teams?
