@lucycroucher23@BritishGasHelp Get you off the phone. The lies are pathological and you will never get to speak to anyone in the UK. The Team is based in South Africa. If you have a choice, do yourself a favour and join another supplier
@lucycroucher23@BritishGasHelp Trust me Lucy, this is going to be a very painful process for you. I moved homes in June and am still having issues with British Gas opening an account for me. The customer service is quite horrible as the advisors will tell you anything they feel like you might want to hear to

@darrenwhitehall@BritishGasHelp@BritishGas I totally agree with you Darren. I’m struggling with these guys and have me DM-ing to no avail. They only say to DM them so minimise the negative comments being made directly. I’m still waiting for a manager to call me back about my issue
