They were first portrayed as obviously evil or possible villains when they took the first gnosis and as the story went on it’s has been constant, they aren’t great but they aren’t evil

@TheUglyDuking @CEOofRonova There are dozens of bad guys in the game. Literally dozens, that are not the main villains though? Was Osial for whatever that giant serpent’s name in Liyue was a main villian of the story? Or Childe? The Fatui as a whole group, arent the main villains.
