I wish it could be so easy as your words expressed. There are yet so many people in territories that constituted part of SSR, and even almost 40 years later, families have not been relocated to their original places of birth. Moreover, people who flee pogroms and other atrocities during the 90s, for instance, never got to return to the places they were born.
Normal. We are currently representing three of eight life sentenced defendants due to the explosion of Kerch Bridge on October 8, 2022. Non of them are related to explosives, they are only cargo and logistics related workers. They could not bring accountability to the real perpetrators, so eight innocents are now sitting in prison for life - until we reverse this injustice.
Today, the Buenos Aires Chapter of the Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR), together with the eight families of civilians convicted in connection with the Kerch Bridge case, has formally submitted a Legal Appeal to the Presidents of the United States, the Russian Federation, and Ukraine, as well as to leading international human rights organizations. This appeal calls attention to grave violations of due process, the absence of individualized evidence, and the devastating humanitarian impact of life sentences imposed on eight ordinary men — including Armenian citizen Artur Terchanyan — who maintain their innocence. We stand with these families in their pursuit of justice, transparency, and humanity, and we reaffirm our commitment to ensuring that their voices are heard within international legal, diplomatic, and humanitarian frameworks. Human dignity, fair trial, and the protection of civilians must never be sacrificed to political convenience.

The threat is huge for Armenians living in Moscow and regions, as additionally they were told they would need a special permit to work in Russia Federation and a process of five years for living there. Which is an indirect threat to families of those migrants, who could have second thoughts on June 7 in this sense. Somehow this speech is also a consequence of the Tripp MOU and its following agreement, placing America in the map of South Caucasus and definitely moving away from OSCE Minsk group decisions, and the November 2020 trilateral agreements between Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia (brokered by the latter). President @ZelenskyyUa visited Yerevan, the elected President of Belarus also was present. Armenia is slowly moving away from its former alignment and unhesitatingly shaping its geopolitical approach in this new regard.
Armenian citizens should be able to freely decide their future. No interference.
Goal achieved! ✅✅✅
Amazing response! Thank you everyone who took the time and effort to donate to the Euljekjian family. Thank you @NersessYon for your support, kindness and expertise. Thank you Aghmoog.
Vicken is now living in a comfortable house, and he will continue his medical treatments without worrying for having a place to sleep at the end of each day.
All your generosity speaks volumes, dear donors.

As legal counsel for Artur Terchanyan and Artem & Georgy Azatyan, I must be clear: all three now face life sentences handed down by a Russian military court in November 2025 — after a closed-door trial that did not meet any basic standard of fairness.
No transparency. No fair process. No justice.
The world needs to pay attention. #CrimeanBridge #PoliticalPrisoners #HumanRights
I join the call of the authors of the initiative to help the former 🇦🇲hostage Vicken Euljeckjian. Thank God, he's already free, but he's faced with basic social problems such as lack of housing & medical treatment. He needs our support.
