Start here, it will change your life.
I’d challenge that it is not circumstantial. It isn’t the external factors - they’re almost irrelevant other than inspiring to make the first move in some rare cases.
Instead I bet for you it was internal drive that lived things off a decade ago with 12 ‘startups’ in 12 months project. Then came other ideas, started growing into more and more substantial projects, and finally opportunity met preparation when LLMs popped up and you seized it with photo ai.
Now you don’t need to do so much because something internally has been fulfilled, a need that was pushing you in those last several years.
Right or wrong?
Agree. It's also what I observed after living for a decade in Singapore and South East Asia in general.
The US has worst lows, but also best highs. Singapore is overall high, but very constrained and individual talent cannot flourish as much.
Eg. in Singapore you never have to worry about getting shot, robbed, etc. But you will not expect to meet Shotwell, Jobs, or other overachievers
Overall quality of life feels roughly like this
It used to take days of learning and trial to put the simplest thing out there. Now with AI it takes seconds/minutes so millions of people realize they can build too. And it’s great.
What most don’t realize yet is that’s just first iteration ands it will take dozens or hundreds, or thousands to actually build something of value
