A friendly PSA on recent history for certain followers.
FSU DC Tony White on the upcoming matchup with Miami:
“This is the game. This is a personal one. This is rivalry. This is history. This is tradition. We don't like them. They don't like us. I get it."
Miami is favored by 21.5 over Florida State on Saturday
It’s the 7th time since 1985 (that I can find) that Florida State is a 20-point underdog. 5 of those have happened in the Norvell era
FSU has only covered one of those under Norvell
"Are you shitting me? Have I been reined in by who?" -- Sumrall when asked if someone has reined him in ... he came here because admins were OK with him being who he is ... that was important to him.
According to CBS Sports, prior to this season, FSU had not blown a 14-point lead and ended up losing by 14+ points in the past 30 years (385 games). It's now happened twice this season (Alabama and Louisville).
Just another indictment among many others in the Norvell era.
