When autistic people are more likely to suffer from suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts and potentially make up 40% of suicides, suicide prevention has to include increasing recognition, access to support, and understanding for all autistic people.

In this review we identify types of community-based support and services for autistic adults from previous reviews, assess how they measured changes in wellbeing and find out what factors helped people progress through services. We discuss what this means for social prescribing.
