1. "With your consent"? No consumer "consents" to missing a flight and losing their money.
2. You completely ignored the hard evidence from your own system log showing "FIS service returned null response".
3. Because your platform's data feed crashed, your system failed to send the critical, automated live alerts that sync itinerary times. Your platform failed to deliver the service I paid a convenience fee for.
This is a textbook Deficiency of Service under the Consumer Protection Act. Since you refuse to acknowledge your own technical infrastructure failure, I am filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) right away with this screenshot evidence.
