@OVOEnergy @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Just spoke with Ovo as my fixed rate hadn’t been automatically changed to the new price guarantee on 1st Oct. Doesn’t sound like they are automatically swapping fixed rate customers to the lower rate. Maybe worth warning your followers.

@jet2tweets Fundamentally unfair and contrary to consumer law. Prepaid self-selected seats changed without being informed and no refund offered. Tired of this behaviour from airlines and being left out of pocket. Not happy & had thought so much better of #Jet2 #jet2holidays 😤

@MartinSLewis @BritishGasHelp Smart meter worked absolutely fine with the unknown and now defunct PFP Energy. Got swapped onto British Gas and can’t get a smart meter to work with Economy7 ! So backward it’s unbelievable! Had to revert to a dumb meter and send own readings in manually 🙄
