This man living in this society for last 25 years claims to have been falsely accused in a Molestation case by a woman who is chairperson of the association because he pointed out irregularities in resident association matters

I have read the FIR. This man has never met the concerned woman in private. Her claims of trying to touch and other molestation claims have happened allegedly in presence of other association members making it highly improbable and who can all be questioned if anything like this ever happened

His entire family is in extreme distress because of these allegations and all he is pleading is a fair investigation

He has all the proofs to prove that this is a false complaint but still neither the police is closing the case nor giving him a relief from this ordeal.

मी ना मंत्री आहे, ना आमदार, ना खासदार, ना मोठा नेता.

मी फक्त एक जागरूक भारतीय नागरिक आहे.

मुंबई–गोवा राष्ट्रीय महामार्गावरील अपघातांमध्ये हजारो नागरिकांचे जीव जात असल्याचे पाहून मी शांत बसलो नाही. स्वतःचा वेळ, पैसा आणि श्रम खर्च करून 29 दिवस 490 किलोमीटर पायी चालत महामार्गाची पाहणी केली. खड्डे, ब्लॅक स्पॉट्स, अपघातप्रवण ठिकाणे, त्रुटी यांचा अभ्यास करून पुराव्यांसह सविस्तर अहवाल तयार केला.

तो अहवाल शासनाकडे ईमेलद्वारे पाठवला. प्रत्यक्ष मंत्रालयात जाऊन जमा केला. टपाल विभागातही सादर केला. वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांना भेटून प्रत्यक्ष परिस्थिती समजावून सांगण्याची विनंती केली.

प्रश्न एवढाच आहे…

एका जागरूक नागरिकाने देशहितासाठी केलेल्या प्रामाणिक प्रयत्नांनाही जर दारातच थांबवले जात असेल, तर सर्वसामान्य नागरिकांची व्यथा कोण ऐकणार?

महामार्गाचा विषय आला की अनेकदा नागरिकांना एका कार्यालयातून दुसऱ्या कार्यालयात पाठवले जाते.

“हा विषय NHAI चा आहे.”

“हा PWD चा आहे.”

“हे केंद्र सरकारचे आहे.”

“हे राज्य सरकारचे आहे.”

पण या सर्व प्रक्रियेत सर्वात मोठी किंमत कोण मोजतो?

सामान्य नागरिक.

रस्त्यावर अपघातात जीव गमावणाऱ्या व्यक्तीला हे महत्त्वाचे नसते की रस्ता कोणत्या विभागाच्या अखत्यारीत होता. त्याच्यासाठी आणि त्याच्या कुटुंबासाठी महत्त्वाचे असते ते फक्त एक जीव वाचला असता का?

माझी अपेक्षा कोणावर टीका करण्याची नाही.

माझी विनंती इतकीच आहे की, जेव्हा एखादा नागरिक अभ्यासपूर्ण अहवाल, पुरावे आणि उपाययोजना घेऊन येतो, तेव्हा त्याला किमान काही मिनिटे भेट देऊन त्याचे म्हणणे ऐकले जावे.

कारण लोकशाहीमध्ये नागरिक हा केवळ मतदार नसतो; तो शासनाचा भागीदारही असतो.

“Prevention is Better Than Cure” हे केवळ घोषवाक्य न राहता प्रत्यक्ष कृतीत उतरले, तर अनेक निष्पाप जीव वाचू शकतील.

🇮🇳 देशहितासाठी केलेल्या प्रामाणिक प्रयत्नांना वेळ द्या. कदाचित एखाद्याचा जीव वाचेल.सोबत पुरावे ही जोडत आहे.
