He leído recientemente "Shoe Dog" de Phil Knight (Nunca te pares, en español). No se trata sólo de cómo se construyó Nike, sino de cómo logró sobrevivir lo suficiente para convertirse en lo que es.

💡Lección 6: La cultura escala lo insalvable
El equipo inicial de Nike no venía de MBAs. En palabras de Knight, “eran unos inadaptados leales”.

Dormían en el suelo, llevaban el maletero y la casa llena de zapatillas, y vivían el mensaje de Nike antes de que fuera Nike.
