#Sudan & #SouthSudan should adhere to the Hague-based Permanent Court of Arbitration's ruling on #Abyei, the territory of the Nine Ngok Dinka Chiefdoms. The ruling was issued on 22 July 2009, but the two countries never acted on it. Now is the time.
