But I'd say the market has softened, rates have come down 15-20% over the last couple years as more carriers have entered the space. The homeowners market likely has further to go down.

@stanger_05 @MiamiRadioBeast @RetiredAFRN I've been a commercial insurance agent in FL for 19 years. Everything in this industry is cyclical. Right now casualty lines (liability/umbrella/auto) are hard and property/workers comp are soft. But every few years the market shifts and things change.
