Hi @westjet. You appear to not have a email any longer. When a non stop flight is cancelled and my family is now booked on a layover flight why are we responsible for the hotel costs per your policy with no effort for any type of compensation?

@westjet I just called to discuss funds held from a cancelled flight during covid that I was told you’d get to by April. I was told there is no one to discuss this with and your Ivr has no options. You are really fumbling the ball with service.
