Over the last six years I was able to lose about half my body weight. I was 5’2 and 302 lbs. it needed to happen just for health reasons. At 55 that was a little more difficult than I wanted it to be, but then again, I built this monster. :)

This last week I underwent SonoBello surgery to remove excess that was causing additional health issues. It was an interesting experience. I’ll explain at a matter date.

Today, I was able to take my first shower. I fell in love with my husband all over again for what he had to do, and did so with a sense of humor. I love him so much for that.

Over the next couple of weeks it will be interesting to see the transformation.
