Is this really the service customers should expect from Livpure?I need resolution. Please share the exact status

@Livpure_India @LivpureSmart Disappointed. My RO hasn’t worked for 4 days. Support says “resolved today, otherwise call tomorrow.” Is this support?

They say it’s emailed to the local service manager, but have no tracking. They only know an email was sent. Please do the needful.
