@pandocruises customer service is AWFUL. I booked a drinks package. Then cancelled and was refunded wrong amount..I OWE them money and for 2 weeks have tried to speak someone, have FB message told to email,...PART 2 BELOW

So apparently 48 hour delivery noy guaranteed...ok with that BUT let's ignore sunday when posted as weekend so we will count from Monday and 2 days later my parcel has been tracked as recieved 3 TIMES in Northern Ireland sorting office !! Let's see when it arrives

Having been an 02 customer for almost 25 years I can honestly say by today's experience on the phone to sort an issue with my 02 app their customer service has went from 10 to 0....so disappointed as they were absolutely useless @O2

@O2 offers what a joke..hubby bought a phone which prt of offer was " Samsung earpods for £1" 3 months later and numberous calls both from o2 shop and hubby and still not resolved, what a conn ..he would not have bought this samsung phone except for this offer...@O2 can you sort
