I never post on X, but it’s worth saying that I just used grok to troubleshoot my Tesla charging issue at home and it was fantastic. I think it’s fair to say that Grok is Tesla’s customer service rep and does a great job. @Tesla @elonmusk @TeslaCharging

@SawyerMerritt are you aware of any ability for a HW3 owner to purchase the HW4 or eventually HW5 kit and not have to wait for the Tesla-provided upgrade? Maybe this can be an option instead of waiting another year or so for the upgrade while also preventing shareholders from paying for those upgrades with people who are willing to pay?
