@maxedapps Hi Max! Just want to say thank you! I learned a lot from your videos/courses when I was a undergraduate student and never had a chance to express my gratitude. Btw, it is wild that now every week we get some exciting new release!
I’m building a product, and one surprisingly hard part is keeping the product spec, architecture notes, and current implementation in sync. I set up a ChatGPT Project and tried Work mode as the place to maintain that context. It’s been genuinely useful so far.
I gave it the existing docs and asked for a working brief: what the product is, what’s already real, what’s still just a proposal, and what needs validation. It turned scattered notes into something I could actually review—and caught a few inconsistencies along the way.
The part I like: Work mode and Codex use the same agent, but surface the work differently. Work gives me a clean doc; Codex gives me diffs, tests, and implementation detail. Same product context, two useful views. That split feels surprisingly natural.
Qwen3.8 is launching and going open-weight soon!🌐
With a massive 2.4T parameters, this model is continuously evolving. We believe it’s one of the most powerful model available today, compatible to leading frontier AI models , second only to Fable 5.
You don't have to wait to test it. Just now, the Qwen3.8-Max-Preview made its debut on Alibaba’s Token Plan, Qoder, and QoderWork. Be among the very first to try it out.
Can't wait to hear what you build. Stay tuned! 🚀

"After we leave, they will build schools and hospitals for you, and increase your wages. This is not because they have a conscience, nor because they have become good people, but because we have been here."
Beginning July 20, Claude Fable 5 will be included in all Max and Team Premium plans, at 50% of limits.
Pro and Team Standard users will continue to have access to Fable via usage credits, and will receive a one-time $100 credit.
Demand for Fable has been challenging to predict, which is why we rolled it out to subscription plans in stages, extending access several times as we secured additional capacity.
@DavidOndrej1 Longtime follower here — your tutorials genuinely helped me. Which is exactly why this framing disappoints me. "If you're not doing X, you're falling behind" isn't insight, it's FOMO. Behind whom, by what measure? Your best content never needed anxiety to be worth reading.
