@MTNzaService Now I go to the store today to return the router, the system says the cannot cancel I must call your Customer Service on top of that they loaded data yesterday so that I can continue paying. This is Madness!!!

@MTNzaService I’m really not happy with your customer service!!I went to the Clearwater branch on 14/12/23 to cancel my contract that was ending on 16/12/23, I was told to come back on the 17 after the contract expired

@MTNzaService I would understand if I cancelled my contract before 24 months that I have to bring back the router & that’s what I was told when I signed the contract, but I now the story changes, I need answers!!

@MTNzaService I had a 2yr Wi-Fi contract since 2021 Dec, the contract expired on the 17th this month, when I was went to cancel I was told to bring back the router that I have paid for for 2yrs, how is this possible? Is it because I don’t want to renew my contract with MTN?

@MTNzaService All I get is emails stating Authentication failed, even the consultant told me that there is nothing he can do on his side to help me. Now I'm stuck with a router that doesn't give me wifi. I'm thinking of taking it back and go to another service provider

@Eskom_SA @CyrilRamaphosa @PresidencyZA Mr President please intervene. Last weekend residents of Chiawelo didnt have electricity from Friday 17:00 until Sunday 17:00.This week the same thing. How are we supposed to function the entire weekend with electricity?

@KMbatsani @Eskom_SA It's exactly 10 hours without electricity 😢the Gov says we must stay in our homes to try and prevent the spread of COVID but now I must go bother my relatives with their washing machines, irons and stoves &pay them for using their electricity. I'm not happy about this @Eskom_SA

@Eskom_SA At Chiawelo Ext2 we've been loadshedded since yesterday at 17:00, last weekend you did the same thing, from Friday at 17:00 until Sunday at 17:00, How are supposed to cook, wash school uniform, iron? @Eskom_SA you are not being fair, it's Easter Weekend for Heaven's Sake!!!!!

@Eskom_SA Last week we had load reduction from Friday to Sunday, we couldn't do laundry, my food in the fridge almost got spoiled. This week again? Your schedule says 5:00 to 9:00 but at Chiawelo it's been almost 9 hours without electricity!!!
