ग्रामीण बैंकों का प्रबंधन आजकल ट्रांसफर को शोषण का हथियार बना रहा है, प्रमोशन के बाद 500-500 Km दुर ट्रान्सफर किये जा रहें हैं. प्रमोशन पालिसी सालों से अटकी हुई है.. फैसेलिटी के मामले में आज भी अधिकतर शाखाओं में कुलर तक नहीं हैं.. फिर भला कैसे रुकेंगे कर्मचारी..?
