Dear @YouTube@YouTubeCreators,
My channel was recently demonetized for “inauthentic content,” and my appeal video was auto-rejected without ever being viewed.
Every video on my channel is fully original. I research, script, voice, and edit everything myself. My videos are documentary/commentary style videos that take days to put together.
I even submitted an appeal video showing my full editing and research process, and it was auto-rejected within 12 hours.
I’m just asking for:
• A real human review
• A clear explanation of what’s actually wrong
Because right now, this genuinely feels like my appeal was denied before anybody actually reviewed the evidence I submitted.

i was confused about this same thing last year. i did really well with youtube the last three years of high school, so college didn’t make much sense outside of the “experience”
i decided not to apply, and a year later i can confidently say you can still find community and a social life without college. more young entrepreneurs (18-22) are building and succeeding at big things than ever before, and if you do cool stuff and just put yourself out there a little, you'll meet people.
unless you’re going to college to actually learn something specific, you’re probably better off going all in on your craft. i haven’t met a single person who regrets not going. and for most people it’s more fun to have a few close friends and just grind 24/7 than to be caught up in a big social life
@zach_yadegari YouTube if done right is by far the best for skill building
The number of people I've seen succeed in other fields who started with YouTube is very high, since you practice pattern recognition, how to make things viral, human psychology, etc, in very high volume.
If you are a YouTuber reply to this tweet with your channel, I'll respond to many of you with a video idea that will bang
For context, across my channels I've gotten 250 million long form views this past 12 months and I love helping other creators with ideas
