To keep everyone safe on the roads, if you’re supervising a learner, your car must:
✅Be fitted with L plates (or D plates in Wales)
✅Be taxed
✅Have a valid MOT
✅Be safe to drive - help the learner check it’s safe each time they practise driving
✅Be registered with DVLA

It can be really inconvenient if you are held up by someone who has parked badly.
Now imagine if the vehicle being held up was a fire engine, police vehicle or ambulance on the way to an emergency call?
So you know I keep going on about needing to use dipped headlights in wet weather / fog.

Remember the Warwickshire Road Safety Code when crossing roads: Think, stop at the kerb and wait, look and listen for traffic, think about what to do, and cross safely.
The clocks will go back on 30 October at 2 am; this results in more cars on the road at peak times for deer activity. Please be extra careful from sunset to midnight and the hours shortly before and after sunrise.
