If you toss the football and frisbee simultaneously you will reach a level of flow state that you probably forgot existed.
Honestly even more fun and engaging with just 2 people.
Try it out.
The era of normie bodybuilding/'being jacked' is officially over
The goal is to be Tyler Durden lean, agile, strong arms, stronger will, able to kill a human or capture a lion
I want to be a 10% body fat predator missile riding 100mph towards destiny. That's what I want
The “secret” is when you jump, the net appears. But in reality there’s not really a jump & a net isn’t really even required
What your mind creates/perceives as an “infinite fall into a never-ending abyss of unknown & scary” is actually nothing. U step outside of it & realize there was never even a cliff there. Its just a normal field of everyday grass with infinite potential/opportunity. Ur like “oh”.
99% sadly never see the other side of this psychological mirage due to fear. They never jump in - never realizing there was never anything to jump into. The fear, the cliff, the fall - all fake
You basically jump off “the edge” mentally preparing for impact & some insane adventure & then afterwards realize u don’t even fall. Its like standing next to your bed in full-on parachute gear and then jumping UP onto it, thinking it will somehow just break & ull fall down. But u don’t even go down, ur just immediately “there”, in ur normal, & then u relax & u look around & ur like “ok well guess ill figure it out now” & its still just you with yourself, except now you don’t have th extra bullshit in your way
Current diet experiment:
TOGYAD (Tub Of Greek Yogurt A Day)
Been having 1-2kg of greek yogurt every day. Its improved my sleep and recovery a ton. I think due to its high protein content. More importantly, its protein being solely casein, which has unique anti-stress effects.
Whey is good but casein is more anabolic, longer lasting, and has a better amino acid profile (lower tryptophan.) Traditional greek yogurt is made up of almost entirely casein.
Did some contemplating while ingesting a yogurt elixir yesterday— it can’t really be a true —generational run —unless I’m hitting 1B impressions— woke up today with the mindset that I’m starting again from zero— watch this 🫡
Really glad I started with organic content in my copywriting journey
Cause what I'm noticing is if you're good at organic content you can be good at any other form of advertising. It's all the same at the end of the day - capturing attention from complete strangers, emotional storytelling, understanding your audience, etc.
"People don't read advertisements - they read what interests them and sometimes that's an ad"
- Howard Luck Gossage
A lot of my organic posts that I've made for brands easily turned into emails they sent to their list or ads they threw some money behind.
If you can get cold people interested in a brand/product/person WITHOUT any money behind it for promotion, you sure as shit can do it with some ad spend behind there
