@ScoringChanges Can we also petition GameChanger to prohibit the use of defensive indifference in any 1st and 3rd situation in the first 3 innings of any youth (or even HS) game?

@DanDaMan21232@ScoringChanges Based on the scoreboard - the challenge was to the ball/strike call - not to the scorekeeper’s ruling.
I’m assuming this was a 9th inning situation? If they’re not holding the runner on, that’s a pretty good sign that the defense is indifferent to where the runner ends up.
@CoachTinaSB@paigeknussman_ I’ve been noticing most of OU’s lineup uses that same starting hand position this year. Almost like a pre-set arm bar, but I’m sure that’s not the intent (or result during their actual swing).
Any idea if this a purposeful change in the offseason by TJ Gasso? (OU hitting coach)
@ScoringChanges@BarriosBra13763 Referencing the MLB rule mentioned below about the 95’ distance (from the rubber? Going off memory) - how does a scorekeeper know where that boundary is if each ballpark may be slightly different?
@ScoringChanges@BarriosBra13763 I know I’m late to this post - but your original statement just said “running in the outfield” - which is different than “running into the OF”. Does the OF not begin at the grass?
@shegone03@j_ullegue@SalMarinello@Fiveframeswing Amateur or not, the kid hit an opposite field HR on what looks to be a pitch on the outer half. Isn’t that where you’re supposed to hit that pitch?
@BrandonDim24 I’m just here to congratulate you on being the first person in history to reference “hitting philosophy” and Bartolo Colon in the same tweet.

@ChezWhizzz@GowagsKyle I think internal is valuable for the beginner “non-athletes”. Telling a new-to-the-game 3rd grade softball player to “just hit it over the screen” can work if her parents were college athletes. But not every kid hits the genetic lottery and can figure things out on their own.
