@Goibibo scammed me! Booked Hillside Retreat Homestay for 5-8 June via your app. Specifically wanted a private kitchen (standard in most homestays). Nothing on your listing mentioned it was a single shared kitchen for all rooms, right next to the reception.
@makemytripcare@jagograhakjago@cci_india please help me find if there is any mention about the "sharer kitchen" under amenities. I can't find anywhere rather misled by kitchenette since homestays generally provide private kitchen so far I have stayed in other homestays.
@makemytripcare I regret taking your service and enduring such chaos. It's not about whether it's refundable or not. I assert I was mis-sold the property through false expectations. I can sue you in consumer court. But before that, I must be dis-served by customer care.

Please help me with getting my money refunded, I have already suffered a lot inconvinience with my recdnt booking on ibibo. I could bear more, i am feeling compelled to take some legal steps.

I have booked hotels from agoda while my recent trip and both the time hotel owner has denied any booking and said it's at capacity.
Agoda app caused me so much inconvenience on the trip. They are not refund my money. Customer support is worst.
