Tailored efforts to address social needs (e.g., 🏘️ insecurity) are needed given recent ⬇️ in policy support. In @AnnalsofIM, we offer a "precision social care delivery" framework to help deliver the right intervention to the right patient at the right time

Policy proposals specific to DHHS:
➡️ Disrupting data collection and research efforts
➡️Removal of protections for LGBTQ+ health
➡️Restricting access to lifesaving gender-affirming care

8/9 Future research is needed to study whether the scarcity of 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ info on websites is due to a real lack of services or efforts to protect hospital staff from threats and harassment amid political hostility toward SGM communities @DrScottHadland
