A powerful Minister of a state apologising to an industrialist for the difficulties he faced in the past.
It's one example why Southern India leads in attracting industries, investments and businesses.
My personal view.
It is not appropriate to feel jealous of Andhra Pradesh or get into skirmishes on Twitter.
The state went through bifurcation and lost its capital too.
Not much happened in NCBN’s earlier term probably because he was not aligned with the Centre.
No significant economic or industrialisation progress happened during Jagan’s term.
Not only that at least we are facing problems only with the airport in terms of policy continuity. For them, the capital itself has not been stable. It has already been changed once.
And some people who closely track Andhra politics tell me that if Jagan becomes Chief Minister again, he would once again put Amaravati on hold.
To give you context, Andhra Pradesh’s GDP is only around half that of Tamil Nadu, and its GDP per capita is also significantly lower.
Nara Lokesh is doing his best to compensate for the lost decade.
We will stay competitive by prioritising our state’s interests.
That doesn’t mean we only should get all the projects and grow.
Let every state grow.
Whats wrong in that earlier people used to donate lands to temple and income generated from that is used for temple development,
Question here is if the land is allocated without any compensation to the temple that might be a issue do you have any proofs for that please(1/2)
I know people care about Data Centers more than they care for health, water, poisoning their bodies, birds and animals and the bees. People in India and lawmakers dont care for the environment, that is established.
But...... Simhachalam Temple land has been allotted to this data center. At least now will people oppose this?

I have a gut feeling that Andhra Pradesh is going to be new growth story of India. The way they are pitching aggressively for investment, giving tough competition to other states. This healthy competition nudges other to improve infra & efficiency there by benefitting the Nation.
When states compete to host deep-tech startups, they realize that having a satellite factory brings good jobs & prestige. This makes the ecosystem better.
Historically, state govts treated industrial land allocation like a real estate business. They sold land & let the founders handle things like power grids, water lines & environmental clearances.
What Andhra is suggesting is an industrial setup, offering areas that are already cleared & have things like:
- heavy power grids
- fiber connectivity
- logistics already set up.
Startups can just put their equipment on the factory floor. Start working on day 1. They do not have to wait 18 months for things like transformer installation.
Whether Pixxel expands in Bengaluru/goes to Anantapur, Indian engineering benefits. The founders get to work quickly & speed is the most important metric in the global space race.
Do you Know..?
Vizag's Yendada itself is a size of Jubilee Hills & Madhapur of Hyderabad 🫵

Jubilee Hills & Madhapur - https://t.co/JfBDwqn6d5
Note :- No Hate for Hyderabad 🤞
#Vizag and #Hyderabad always Like Brothers 💙🧡
Vizag became a Greater Municipal Corporation in 2005, while GHMC was formed in 2007.🤪🤪
And for the record, GVMC covers 681 sq km, compared to GHMC’s 650 sq km.🙄🙄
From the time I started playing cricket, Kane Williamson has been one of the most technically compact and magnificent batters I have seen. Balance, timing, and that trademark calm at the crease came together to make his batting one of the most consistently pleasing sights in world cricket. A thorough gentleman and a true role model for youngsters.
His retirement will probably be received with unexpected relief in more than a few bowling camps. Wishing him luck and success in his next chapter.

Tamil Nadu is questioning why investments are moving to AP.
Simple answer: AP lost 5 years under Jagan’s uncertainty politics. Now investors are seeing stability again.
From Royal Enfield to Hindalco and Premier Energies — companies are choosing AP because trust is coming back.
Jagan damaged confidence.
CBN & Lokesh are rebuilding AP as an investment destination. 💛🔥
Wishing a very happy and blessed birthday to my dear brother @annamalai_k! May Almighty bless you with good health, joy, and endless strength as you continue your noble journey of serving the people. May all your dreams come true!
Remembering the night that changed #AndhraPradesh forever.
@ncbn Garu was illegally arrested, Andhra Pradesh witnessed the highest act of monarchy this state has ever seen.
@naralokesh Garu was refused the right to meet his own father.
@PawanKalyan Garu was denied entry into his own state.
That was the night this Kutami was forged l not in comfort, but in fire. Not by choice, but by conscience.
We will never forget what we endured for daring to speak up against @ysjagan and his goons.
Two years on, we bow to the people of AP, who answered that injustice with an unwavering 164.
Grounded but global. Investments. Jobs. Double welfare. And many more victories to come.
Andhra is rising with a new ray of hope.
And so are its people.
Thank you, Andhra. Always.!
