No one is going to buy your product if you don’t have any social proof.
And to get social proof you need people to buy your product.
The only way to override this is by giving paid stuff away for free.
The barrier to entry needs to be so low that they’re LOSING the opportunity if they don’t work with you.
Here’s what Charlie Morgan got wrong…
After paying for paid communities, resources, and artifacts; here’s exactly why
Instead of focusing on outdated ideas such as “free value” you should focus on getting as much volume as possible. You could literally send 100 personalized content pieces to businesses you want to work with, and get absolutely 0 results (I’ve done it before)
The reason is because you literally don’t know if your shit is good, and it’s probably not.
The only way to negate luck is forcing your way down people’s throat, but make them want to come to you for more.
There’s 2 way of going about this
Content. It takes forever but it works (where Charlie gets most of his acquisition from)
Outreach. Not cold outreach but personalized pieces of art that make the little boy in them feel special.
“But that would take forever and I suck”
It’s 2026, you have access to softwares that literally do it for you
Claude - can take months to get the data of what works
Contentslave - multiple LLMs trained on data that gets results for the biggest creators. Instant and gets results immediately.
GPT Custom Model - expensive and takes time, but can be worth it.
Once you’ve found a software that makes your content desirable, you can mass produce this (volume)
You have the best of both worlds Volume + Quality
= high ticket paying clients
So instead of sending 100 personalized pieces of value (1-2 months)
You can send 100 pieces of value automated. 100x/day.
You can literally start now and get a client within this week
@GuidioneMachava The "as long as your computer is awake" caveat is interesting — are most people using this for daytime automation loops, or do you see folks leaving machines on overnight specifically for this?
