Mamata's father Ramachandra met with former Minister and Siddipet MLA Harish Rao and told him about the situation.

Harish Rao did something most politicians won’t do for anyone, let alone a poor student. He immediately spoke to the bank, arranged for a Rs 20 lakh education loan by mortgaging his OWN home in Siddipet.

He extended financial help personally to cover the girl’s hostel expenses.

There is nothing more nobler than helping a girl child get education that empowers her.
