Driver rang doorbell .... Before I could get to the door they have shoved through a calling card and pulled off the drive!
I now have to wait in until tomorrow for a redelivery .. that I may/may not be given more than 30seconds to get to the door for!

@VirginHolidays - picked up by your transfer agent at 250am for a 815am departure from JFK? Arrived at airport 4hrs before flight - no booking desks open. I have two children one who needed special assistance ...... #FAIL

@VirginAtlantic I didn’t book the transfer separately - it was all done in a package with yourselves. I had to call a number supplied by you 24hrs before. I don’t have the number now as I had to hand over the slip to the driver.

@VirginAtlantic flying back from NYC, hotel transfer insisted the lastest pick up time was 2.50am. Am. now at JFK at 4am only 4hrs before my flight time with two children .... one which needs airport assistance due to disability.... no check in desks open
