@virginmedia Hi. Yes, I have. Countless times. Those are the same people who have scheduled appointments which no one attends.

We are literally paying for a service you haven't provided for almost a month now.

How is that okay?

.@VirginMedia set another appointment to do more cabling on 21 October. No one came. I thought "okay" - the initial team said everything was okay.

Then the final install guy came on Saturday 23 October. He tells us the cable is broken.

Here we go.

I called @virginmedia to ask why.

They said that cablling had to be installed first. I said okay. They sent a team to do this a week later so that I would have Internet by 23 October.

The people came, I saw them do the work. They said everything was good. It was not.
