@Airbnb Airbnb has stopped disclosing the host's address and phone number until 24 hours before check-in. This is problematic for foreign destinations requiring visas, as the visa application needs those details. Also, not very helpful for planning the trip.

@bookingcom What a joke of a company. My refund hasn't been processed for over a month. I have called several times, and it's the same old response, "We have escalated your request". It's probably time to take the company to the court.

@bookingcom is a disgrace. It has been over a month, and no sign of my flight refund. Don't be using this service, I seem to have made a mistake.

I have called their customer service a dozen times at this point, and they say the same thing every time.
