@TideBusiness in the meantime, the staff at the Asda store (where my card was used) found the transactions, informed me what was purchased and found CCTV of the man using my card. @TideBusiness what have you done in this time? Approximately nothing.

@TideBusiness customer service has been absolutely appalling. My card got scammed 6 days ago using Apple Pay, all I’ve had is automated bot responses saying the team are “looking into it”. Activated my new card and got a text saying it’s ready to use with (the fraud’s) Apple Pay!
